Seth Jumping Off The Rock

Image
We went to mom and dads Sunday and Seth and Noah decided to start jumping off the board.  Seth had never done it before and we could not get him off.   Tonight Seth started jumping off the rock at home.  He was having a blast!

Seth's Bulls Eye

Image
We took the new target to Papa's so the boys could shoot their bows.  Seth got a bulls eye... it is in his blood!

Cousin Sleep Over

Image
Caroline and Matthew are at camp but Aunt Kel invited Jonah,  Luke and Sophia to come spend the night.  Aunt Kel took them to the pool and they had so much fun.  I was looking back at my blog and Ben was at our house on this day last year.  THEN we found out it is National Cousin Day.  We have already planned next year's sleep over!

New Target

Image
Finally got the target so the boys can practice shooting.  Jonah did great! Luke wouldn't step away from the Xbox.   Bullseye in the top right pic!  Great job Jonah.

Zombie Hunters

Image
Jackson spent the night and brought over some props... they were zombie hunting.  I must admit, I LOVED seeing them play this.  They were having so much fun and playing together with no fights!

Luke 10 yr Well Visit/ Sophia Weight Check

Image
Luke had his 10 year well visit today and Sophia a weight check appointment.  When she went for her 5 year well visit she had been puking her brains out the 5 days prior and had not eaten a thing so her weight was down.  When we walked in to Kaplan's office Sophia noticed her magazine was in the waiting room and she was so excited! Sophia Stats: Weight:  44 lbs  66th percentile Height:  45 in.   78th percentile Luke Stats: Weight:  71 lbs  48th percentile Height:  56.5 in.  73rd percentile

Aaron and Darrin Gig

Image
Aaron and Darrin were playing in Plano at On The Rocks so we went to watch him play.  Atkins was in town so he met us up there, Andrea was with her mom and Jenny bailed so I was the only girl.  Atkins jumped up and played a song with Aaron too.  We were on the patio and the weather was awesome!   There was a constant breeze and I was even wearing jeans IN JULY... in TEXAS!  This is not normal people!

What The What!

Image
Noah was over playing and started crying that his foot hurt, we looked and he had a scratch on it.  He could not tell us where he got it or what happened.   Two minutes later Seth is crying and has an identical cut on the same foot and has no idea where it came from.  Seth is on the left, Noah on the right.

Houston... We Have A Problem

Image
Two days before we were leaving for Florida we knew the AC in the master bedroom/office was going out... AGAIN!  A few months back we had a guy come out and he found a leak in the attic.  Posted via Blogaway

Just A Side Note

I am sad to say that our Florida trip pictures that were on our camera will not be in this blog because they are lost on the computer somewhere and we cannot find them.  Thank you Apple for letting iphoto update and not warn us that if you did not update the version before everything would be lost!

Florida: Day 1

Image
We headed out the door around 8:15 to head to the airport.  Nori offered to drive us so we would not have to pay for parking for 8 days.  It was so nice being dropped off at the curb seeing as how we all had a suitcase, a carry on and 2 car seats.  We went to check the car seats and the guy told us he would check our bags and would NOT charge us!  SCORE.  Now we did not have to worry about dragging everyones bag through the airport.   We got our boarding passes and went and stood in line to get through security.  They let us in the "priority" line so that was another bonus.  The kids went through like they had done it a thousand times... it was Seth and Sophia's first time.  Jonah and Luke were 5 and 6 the last time they flew.   We got through and headed to Starbucks for a little breakfast before we boarded.  We boarded and everyone fought over where they were going to sit even though I was pretty certain we had figured tha...

Sophia's Cover

Image
Courtney has been asking Sophia for over a year if she would let her take her picture and Sophia would always tell her no.  Courtney was having mini sessions so I asked Sophia if we could take her picture and she agreed!   I jumped on it and Courtney asked if she had anything 4th of July or red, white and blue.  She was wanting to submit the photo to Suburban Parent for the July cover. Sophia did ok during the shoot, I could tell she was a little nervous.  Courtney got a couple of great shots of her and then told us a few weeks later that Sophia got the Plano, Frisco, McKinney cover.  We picked a few of the magazines up and she was so excited!
