Happy 8th Birthday Sophia!

Happy 8th Birthday Sophia!  She could NOT wait to see what color her streamers the birthday fairy would hang!  She has been asking of the American Girl Doll Diner and she was SO excited to see it when she woke up!  She requested Taco Ocho for dinner.  

Sophia's 8th Birthday Party

Sophia wanted an art party this year and momma wanted to have a heart attack.  I do not do well with messy things.  I started doing a little research and found that Tempura paint comes in a solid stick form like a glue stick!  I ordered some and picked up a couple of canvas boards to see how it would work.  Sophia did a painting and it turned out perfect!  Sophia could not decide between a free paint or a traced one so we did a free paint and I traced all the girls initials so they could paint that one too.  

Jacque stayed and helped me with the party and the girls had a blast.  Sophia told me it was the BEST PARTY EVER!  That is why I do what I do... make my babies happy!

Sophia has been watching a cake lady on YouTube so she wanted to design her own cake.  I called Ashely and told her what she wanted and she made it happen!  

I had fabric markers for the girls to color a pair of socks, a keychain, a bracelet and a  journal.

These Girls!

Sophia had Brielle and Maggie over to spend the night and they played Jump The River for hours.  They laughed and laughed and had so much fun!

Sweet Sophia

Seth flew off his scooter and skinned his knee.  Sophia came in with him, got him a bag of ice and told him to put his leg on the couch and she put the ice on.  Even got him his phone so he could watch videos.  Sophia is so sweet to take care of her little brother.  

First Degree Level 2 Black Belts

So proud of these two!  They earned their First Degree Level 2 Black Belts tonight!

Monster Jam

Thank goodness Seth and Sophia were well and we could go to Monster Jam!  We had great seats and had so much fun!  

Valentine Party At School

Seth was home all week with the Flu and Sophia home Thursday and Friday with a stomach bug so they missed their class party.  Stacie was so sweet to come and pick up Seth's box and drop it off in his classroom.  After the class party Stacie brought Seth and Sophia their boxes AND a goodie bag from Brielle and Nicolette.  They were so excited!
