Fishing The Pond

Justin and Seth went fishing and Justin caught a little one.  

Quarantine Drive By

Seth painted some rocks for Noah, Claire and Brooke so we went to drop them off.  We stayed in the car and got to see everyone.  

Yard Work

Justin went and got 30 bags of mulch and a truck load of plants so we got some yard work done.  

Chloe and Jeremiah Here

Chloe and Jeremiah came and stayed with Mimi and Papa while Stef went to Kansas to see Dakota.  We had fun with Jeremiah and heated the pool.  

Seth's New Desk

I have been thinking about putting a desk in Seth's room.  I could not decide if I wanted the one that matched his shelves or if that was too matchy matchy so I started looking at Pinterest and Seth liked this one.  I knew just the guy for the job.  I was talking to Papa just getting his thoughts and next thing I knew he broke quarantine protocol and came over to measure... then off to Home Depot and the next day he came over to install it.  I told him that I was NOT expecting him to go and do it now but I guess he was really bored!  

Of course when it came time to install it the wall was NOT flat and the studs were 16 to 16 to 12 inches apart.  Papa came up with a way to fix the problem, went home and came back an hour later and BAM!  Thank you Papa!  

Starr's Driveway Birthday

Starrs birthday was today so we gathered on our driveway to celebrate her.  We all social distanced of course.  Erin, Claire, Melissa, Adonia, Amanda, Haley and I all celebrated with her.  

Boys Helping Cook

I'm loving that the bigs are helping a lot more in the kitchen.  I feel like all we do is cook, eat and clean up.  Luke is making the tortillas and Jonah is manning the onion and peppers for the fajitas.  

Basketball Fun!

Seth was a little sad that basketball got cancelled due to the COVID 19 Corona Virus so we decided to go and shoot some hoops.  

Homemade Sugu and Meatballs

The kids have been asking for basta and meatballs so I told them if they help then momma will make it happen.  I got the sugu going and then Jonah, Sophia and Seth helped make the meatballs.  They rolled 5.38 lbs worth!  Luke was doing school work and could not break away to help.

Mrs. Treadwell had an art project called Forced Perspective.  I had the idea to get these crazies together and try something but what I was envisioning is NOT what happened.  Oh well, these kiddos got to see each other from a distance and they were masked!  They really do miss each other.  One day we will look back on these pics!  (Sophia, Maggie, Madelyn, Brielle, Brandon and Elyse)

Painted Rocks

We are finding things to keep us busy... today we painted rocks.  Seth painted some for Noah, Claire and Brooke and Sophia painted some for some of her friends and bagged them up to deliver them.  

Easter Sunday

This Easter was a little different this year!  I did not even get pics of the Easter baskets... we heated up the hot tub and the kids swam.  Fagans came over for some social distancing.  

Justin's 45th Birthday

We celebrated Justin's birthday a little different this year!  Thanks to the COVID 19 Coronavirus we had to stay in.  We started the day off with a Zoom call with The Mortons.  Then Meemaw came by to drop his gift off and Mimi and Papa came by too.  It was so hard not to hug everyone but we kept our distance.  Meemaw had sent Tiff's Treats and Mimi baked some CCC's for Justin.  

I sent a text to some friends and neighbors asking if they could come do a drive by or walk by to wish Justin a happy birthday.  I had them all walk down at 7:00 and told Justin to come out front.  He was happy to see everyone and they started to sing happy birthday.  

He had one more surprise and that was a Zoom call I set up with his buddies.  I got them all on the call and then called him up to the computer for help and they were all on the screen.  We had Dominic, Brian, Kevin, Yar, Aaron, Jared, Marco, Trieber, Perry and Atkins.  It started at 8:00 and he got off at 11:00.  He said it was a great birthday!
