Seth At The Skate Park

While the others were at camp Seth wanted to try out the skate park.

Luke Sky Ranch Sigma Senior

Luke's last year of Sky Ranch!  This year he is a Sigma SR.  We dropped him in Van and then they loaded a bus that night and headed for CO.  Luke was off for two weeks.  Of course not many pics but so glad for the ones I did get.  When we picked him up I was so glad to see him, it was very emotional this time at pick up.  We had a breakfast and then all the kids said goodbye to each other.  Most of this group have been going to camp together for years.  Luke had a great time but was ready to be home.

 

Sophia Sky Ranch

Sophia had a great time at Sky Ranch this year!  She was so excited to get to see Claire again this year!  They were not in the same cabin but they were sister cabins so got to see each other every day at their activities.  The first thing we had to do was get those feet washed when we got home... then of course get her eye lash curler out.  lol

Sky Ranch Prep

The prep work for camp outfits has begun.  Sophia helped weed the vinyl for the shirts and we got busy.  Sophia was excited to get the car decorated and ready to go.  This drop off was one for the books for sure!  In all the years we have been dropping off at Sky Ranch this was the craziest one.  Justin was not feeling well so I was going down solo to drop Sophia and Luke off.  As we turned off of the highway we saw a huge dark cloud right where we were headed!  We turn on the property and are greeted with the crew with cookies and then the look on the staffs face as they handed us the cookie and the flash in the sky... they ran as fast as they could and the skies opened up like I had never seen.  It poured for over an hour and we just sat in the car waiting in line to get checked in.  We could not turn off the car because it was so hot and humid.  After the rain stopped the crew repapered and said they could not check us in because they had lost power and the generators were kicking on.  

After getting Sophia dropped off in her cabin Luke and I took off to drop him.  We got him all checked in and I headed home.  I hit two more storms and it was crazy rain.  So excited for them over the next week for Sophia and two weeks for Luke.  Now, time to stalk the website for pics!
