Sophia turns THIRTEEN

Happy THIRTEENTH birthday, Sophia!  The princess wanted her Starbucks, strawberry acai lemonade, light ice, no inclusions and peach juice.  Sophia has been wanting (needing) a new phone.  She got dads and dad got a new one. 

 

Party Time: Sophia's Party

Party day is here!  Sophia was very clear she wanted her party at the house.  I tried to get her to go to a restaurant but she wanted it here.  We ordered La Hacienda fajitas and they all enjoyed them.  There were SEVENTEEN girls invited and they ALL came.  I had Sophia get on Pinterest and show me what she was wanting for a theme.  She wanted "Let's Go Girls" so I designed this invite and made it happen.  I of course had to add some bling and rhinestones to the boot, hat and disco ball.  Mom and Dad came over after Seth's soccer game to help us get everything ready.  Mom helped with the fruit tray which was gone in under 15 min.  We got the tables set up and final touches on everything.  

I was very impressed that everytime a girl walked in they were in pink.  I asked Sophia at the end of the night and she said that she told everyone to wear pink.  They all looked so cute and in theme.  Sophia LOVED the backdrop.  I worked hours on that thing and Carlie even came over to help.  I think the girls all enjoyed it too.  

Sophia set up a nursery for their egg babies.  

Sophia was excited to get a new phone (to her... dad got a new one) so she could take .5 pics.  She got a Kendra Scott necklace and a Gold Hinge skirt from us.

Jam Session/Atkins Bday

We were invited to Scott's birthday, I sent Justin because I was getting ready for Sophia's party.  These guys love getting together and playing but it does not happen nearly enough!

 

Birthday Kickoff At Starbucks

I had some of the girls meet us at Starbucks before school to surprise Sophia.  We could only have a few join us because Justin and I could only get so many to school.  Nice little surprise to kick off her birthday weekend.  

 

Sophia Party Prep

Getting ready for Sophia's party... I am pretty sure I blew up over 150 balloons, I did have an electric inflator for most of them but I had to tie them all.  My hands hurt so bad the next day.  We made bags with their initials on them filled with Starburst and heart sunglasses.  Mom made a fringe chandelier that turned out SO cute.  Carlie and Brooke came over Friday afternoon to help me with the backdrop.  Pretty sure Carlie may never ask if I need help again.  lol

Soccer

Had two games this weekend.  Lost 3-4 and Won 3-0
