Jonah went to the first Tech game of the season in the new stadium.  The Red Raiders somehow pulled off a win!  52-51

Allen Elem. Promoting Little Miss Cheer

Sophia went up to Allen bright and early to help promote Little Miss Cheer.  So glad she saw Coach Davis.  

 

First HS Friday Night Lights

Sophia and Seth went to the Varsity game with Keira and Beau.  After the game Andrea and Curtis took the to Chili's to eat dinner... late night, they got home at 11:45.  Momma was ready for bed.

 

HOCO Ask

The official HOCO Ask is in the books!  This is Jacob and they are going as friends.  

Seth's First Football Game #55

Seth has been waiting for this day his entire life!  He was so excited it was finally GAME DAY!!!  We are so proud of him for making the A Team.  He did pretty good and he LOVED IT!

 

NCL Tea Party

The NCL Tea was early this year... even though we just had one in May it was time for the new years one to happen.  Stacy, Stacie and I were in charge of the table decor.  We had 28 tables to figure out how to decorate.  We had ideas and brainstorming and I reached out to a friend who does florals and then the committee decided to have the same lady who was doing all the backdrops to do the table arrangements too.  We got off easy!  We had to be up there early to help get the tables together and everything looked amazing!

 

Young Life

One of the Seniors reached out to me asking if Sophia was interested in Young Life and asked if she could come kidnap her.  At first I had NO idea what was happening until other moms started asking if we had all got a text about it.  Thank goodness Julianna is friends with her and so we let the girls go.  Sophia had a blast and looks forward to Mondays 7:29.

Feed My Starving Children and Lake Day

This morning we did Feed My Starving Children with NCL.  Then Sophia and I headed to the lake with for one last lake day.  Sloane invited all the girls not expecting them all to be able to come so there were 15 of them so Dawn asked if I could tag along to help out.  Sophia was not super thrilled but it is nice to have extra eyes while on/in the water.  

 

First Day Of Freshman And Seventh Grade

5:45 came really early this Monday morning... Seth was off to football and was not wanting a pic so I snapped his back side :)  Sophia was worried about the humidity making her hair fall.  Seth got home and he let me do a redo for a first day pic!  

Jonah packed up and headed back to Lubbock.  I was sad that I did not go help set up the house but momma just "let it go".  I know he would not have wanted (needed) me there anyway.  I will wait for the pics when they get the house all set up.  

He is living with Josh and two others (one is a fraternity brother).  I know they will have a great year! 

Soccer Tourny for Feyenoord

Seth was asked to guest play with our Feyenoord team for the qualifiers tournament in PPIL.  Koen and Griffin also played and they placed in D2!  We lost the first game and won the second two. 

Cheer In Full Swing

Sophia went up to Express Cheer to pass out flyers for Little Miss Cheer for the FFL cheerleaders.  She went a couple of shifts to help out.  Then she got to go welcome the kids at Bright Academy for Meet The Teacher.
