Morton Madness

Today was twin day at school and I never knew that this day could be as stressful as it was!  Sophia was a HOT mess trying to figure out what she was wearing and who she was twinning with!  There were a few tears because she wanted her twin to wear the EXACT same thing from head to toe!  

So proud of Hunter, he finally did it... his first show!  He did not place where he wanted but he is more determined now than ever to work harder!  You got this Hunter!

Jarod and Heather invited us to the Luke Bryan concert, not really to see him but to see Chris Stapleton who was opening for Luke along with someone named Dustin and Little Big Town who I had also never heard of.  I must say, I do not even listen to country music but went for the company and the great suite tickets!  I really enjoyed Chris Stapleton, Justin was so excited because he loves his music.  I had to Google who Luke Bryan was but thats OK, we had a great time! Sophia decided to do a summer sault ON HER BED THAT IS REALLY HIGH and flew off and hit the closet door that was open and busted her eye open!  Justin took her to Legacy ER and they glued it shut.  They were not worried about it scaring or anything.  

I have been busy these last couple of weeks working on birthday invitations, thank you notes and photo props.  I think Julie has lost her mind!  She is having back to back weekend SLEEPOVER parties for the girls and then a couple of weeks later one for Sawyer! 

Dad and Nic are in Kansas hunting so mom and I had a day out!  We were just going to go by and check the progress on Grannies house but then 7 hours later I ended up back home!  It was some much needed momma daughter time!  Grannies house looks so good and it is almost ready to rent out.   Lisa came by to see the progress too and then told us she brought her shovel and some trashbags to dig up the plant that was Mommie Jo's (my great grandmothers).  They started digging and I could not help but snap some pics!   . After being eaten alive by mosquitos we headed to do a little shopping.  After a few hours of that we needed to refuel!  It was so nice spending time with mom and no interruptions of the kiddos asking a million questions!

Seth had fun holding Philip and then wanted to go to bed.  He went upstairs to get ready and then asked if I would come lay down with him.  I told him I would be there in a minute because I was getting Philip to sleep.  A few minutes later he was quiet so I never went up.  Jonah walked by and said, "uh mom, Seth is asleep in the hall outside his door".  Poor Hulkie got his sheet and bear and waited on me to come up and he fell asleep.
