Morton Madness

This morning we headed out to Collinsville to put Fred to rest.  It was a very nice service and after we headed over to Judy's to celebrate and party like he would have wanted us to!   Jonah and Tyler flipped bottles for I do not know how long trying to land it up on the bean.  Jonah FINALLY did it! Seth could not wait to find the hay bails.  Papa (Roberts Dad) took Seth and Sophia to see the horse and baby cow and then the hay bail.  Later, he even took Seth to feed the cows.  Seth loved it!

Tonight we met Jenny, Tyler, Atkins and Sebastian up at Stans to watch Aaron play.  He was going to make a dedication to Freddo.  

After a sleepless couple of nights I noticed when I was awake I was hot and the room did not feel cool.  I finally said something to Justin that I thought the air was not working in the master bedroom.  We put it on 69 at night and it wasn't getting below 74 and it was only in the low 80's outside.  This is the unit we had replaced last July outside and up in the attic.   We called them out and sure enough there was something up in the attic dripping.  They ordered them part and told us they would be back out.  In the mean time he told us he shut the until off so it would not run and something else could break.  He said it would be like sleeping under a ceiling fan.  I do not know what kind of ceiling fan he has but it was NOT OK!!!  We were miserable and the part would not get here until Monday.  It was a LONG week!

They FINALLY came to do the sheetrock!  

We cannot sit down without Remington jumping in the seat first!

We met Meemaw, Pops and Jason at LaHacienda for Meemaws birthday.

Sophia was meeting at the park with her yoga group to plant flowers in the pots they had painted so Mrs. Courtney could deliver them to the nursing home for Mothers Day.   When we got home from the park I found Justin and the boys doing this! Seth had a birthday party that afternoon and had a blast.   Later that afternoon we headed over to Jeff and Stacie's for her 40th birthday Derby Party.
