Mothers Day
Went to mom and dads for lunch and brought Winston home with us to spend a few days while they are in Kansas City for Carmella's funeral. Dominic was on a flight out to Canada for a meeting so Carlie and the kids came to mom and dads.
Teacher Appreciation Week
For the last two months this is the week that it was all for! Teacher Appreciation week. I am exhausted and so glad it is over. I know that the teachers and staff loved it and had a fun week. We have 67 staff members that we like to collect a donated item or gift card for each staff member and draw a name for a prize. That means we have to come up with 67 items. After last year and the amount of time that Stacy and I put into it I decided to go a different route after emailing over 50 places and calling, I had the PTA President send out an email to all parents asking if they owned a family business or would be willing to donate a gift or gift card. BEST IDEA EVER! The donations flooded in. We even got a few more than we were asking for so we will have them for next year.
Busy Weekend
Sophia had Maggie's birthday party at the indoor FAC pool and Seth was invited so after his soccer game we headed home to get changed and off to the pool. Seth had Carlisle's party on Sunday and Sophia was invited to his pool party too. Then off to another soccer game and Seth scored a goal!
Seth Pulled His Tooth
Seth FINALLY pulled his tooth. It was so loose that it was flapping when he talked and he would NOT let me pull it. He was finally tired of it so went upstairs and pulled it himself!
