Pinterest... I WILL BEAT YOU!

As I have mentioned before, Pinterest is my new crack... I just KNEW that when I saw this cute magnet board I was going to make it for someone. The directions were super easy, get a cookie sheet, spray paint it, drill a couple of holes and hang with a ribbon.

Soooooo, I went and got the cookie sheets, Justin painted them and and they turned out HORRIBLE! The paint ran and then proceeded to chip off. There goes $5. So, on to the next type of tray, buy it and paint it and it looks AWESOME! Only problem is... its aluminum and guess what folks! MAGNETS WON'T STICK TO ALUMINUM!!! There goes $8...

Back to square one, I was GOING to make this work, I had already made the magnets after all. So I headed to Target and bought a frame then headed to Lowes to get some tin. This time I was going to cut the tin to fit the frame and BE DONE! YEA!!! It worked. I was so super excited. Even if I did cut myself three times with the tin from the store to the car. It was SO worth it!

Aunt Jill's 60th

We celebrated Aunt Jill's 60th at our house.  Nina and Virginia made all the sides and Justin smoked a brisket.   So good seeing everyone.  We do not get together often enough.  Roger got to fly in so it was nice to see him and Phillip, Lisa and Ashley came and its been years since we have seen them.   Yea!  I'm 60 Seth and Logan ( Seth is 11 days older) William could not pull the trigger on the gun so he kept going to ask Seth to do it.  Seth decided he could do it best with his shirt on his face! The Hooter Sisters Cousins So there is a story to the picture below.  I was at Hobby Lobby and the lady in front of me looked like this... Soooooooo, Aunt Virginia showed up at the party looking like this!  When she walked in, I busted out laughing.

Cowboys vs. Bangals

Jenny and Matt invited us to the Cowboy game and they had a suite.  The game was great for us since we won but Matt and Jenny are Bangals fans, at least we had fun :)  I somehow managed to not get a picture of Justin and I.
