WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN?

JONAH AND LUKE HAVE BEEN ABDUCTED AND REPLACED WITH THEIR TWINS!

We do not know what is going on and are not going to ask questions and Justin and I cannot lie... we LOVE IT!!!  I am blogging this in case something happens to all of The Mortons, the five people who read this can tell the authorities what happened or at least what they think may have happened!

Let me set the scene

This morning was the same ol same ol.  Did not want to get out of bed for "stupid, boring school, why do we have to get up so early bla bla bla".  This afternoon Luke stayed after school for tutoring so Jonah came home by himself.  Side note, Jonah did not even realize Luke was not on the bus.  Should I be worried?  That is an entire different blog entry folks!

So, it is time to get Luke and this is when I believe the abduction took place.  We get out to the truck and Jonah walks around to Seth's side of the car and opens the door, I thank him and strap Seth in.  Jonah then shuts the door AND OPENS MINE!  WHAT WHAT

I climb in and thank him again and then he proceeds TO SHUT THE DOOR.  Double WHAT WHAT

We get to the school and get Luke and there is not ONE negative comment, flying elbow or any rif raf going on.  Something is not right, am I dreaming?

We get home and I give the boys a few minutes to unwind and then tell them it is time for homework.  Remember, I brace myself before I ever utter those words EVERY SINGLE DAY FOLKS.

Jonah grabbed his stuff and walked over to the table and started working WITHOUT ONE WORD.

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?  Am I being punked?  Luke then starts his homework without being asked.  ( I cautiously look over my shoulder).  Homework goes off without a whine or complaint.  My heart racing just waiting for something to happen.  There were NO tears or complaints from either boy. Jonah even told me I could go and play with Seth and he could do his work by himself.

Dinner time:  Yet another fun time at the Morton house.  Every night we get the "what is this?  This is disgusting, do I have to eat this".  ALL three kids ate dinner and got seconds!  We did not have to tell them to sit down repeatedly or stop the potty talk.  The boys then asked to be excused and took their dishes (they do that every night) and then CAME BACK AND GOT MOM AND DADS!  They cleaned up the rest of the kitchen and kept asking what else they could do.  Justin and I could only look at each other and ask what was going on and what happened to our boys.

Shower Time:  Both boys got in the shower the FIRST time asked and did not even mess around, got in washed and got out without playing.  WHAT WHAT

We honestly do not know what is going on but we will take it.   Oh, and if you pinch me I am NOT going to be happy if I wake up!
