Can't believe it was finally time to head to CO for our Mean Girls trip. We all met at Julianne's house and rode to the airport together that morning. We get to the airport and all make it through security except for Mitzi! We all waited and wondered what on earth would have stopped her from getting through... leave it to Mrs. Garland to bring the hairspray! LOL We finally got through and headed to our gate with a stop at Starbucks of course.
Look out Denver! The Mean Girls have arrived!
We all got our luggage and headed out to find Daph out front. We were starving so we stopped at one of my favs Beaujos.
After we refueled we went to Costco to get some snacks for the next couple of days while we were in the cabin. Side note: biggest waste of money

We got the car loaded and were off for the 2 hour drive to get to Mt. Princeton. We had to go potty and the only potty we could find was one where we had to pay 25 cents. We seriously had to put a quarter in the door to unlock it so we could pee in a deep dark hole that a nice cold draft got you when you dropped your drawers!
Now that we all wanted to vomit 2 hours later coming up the winding roads and Daph driving :) we made it to our cabin for the next two nights. It had 2 rooms and a loft. We all got our things in a room and everything unloaded and headed to the main area to grab a drink.

Selfie. We are missing Jenny, she was back at the cabin and not feeling so well. We headed back and then came back for dinner. It was the WORST experience ever! It took the waitress over 45 min. just to get our drinks to us. I think we finally got our food 2 hours later. By this time we were exhausted and needed to get some sleep before our hike tomorrow!
