Football Banquet

Jonah had his football banquet tonight.  

Interskate

We did not have school today so the kids wanted to rollerblade.  We met Nic, Noah and Claire at Interskate.  

Blue Man Group

Sophia got to see The Blue Man Group for Brandons birthday. She said it was a really fun show.  

Our #8

Seth has been asking if he can get a #8 at his next haircut.  He did and was BEYOND excited!  Yes, I allowed it, it is just hair and will grow back.  

Texas Weather

This about sums it up!  75 degrees with tornado warnings and the next morning 30 degrees and snowing.  Sophia wanted to make a snowball... I asked her with what snow :)  Seth had a soccer game today and SCORED TWO goals!  Julie brought the girls over this evening so spend the night.  Marinn had a 8:30 soccer game so we went to cheer her on.  Sunday morning I took Harper and Sophia to get donuts and they were so excited that I sent them in by themselves.  

Jonah Wrestling Medal

This morning Jonah had to leave the house at 5:30 to be up at the school by 5:45.  Bus was leaving at 6:00 to head down to Dallas for the tournament.  The meet started at 9:00 and Seth had a 9:40 soccer game so I took Seth and Justin headed to Dallas.  Meemaw headed down to watch him and so did Jason, Matthew and Ben.  

We are SO proud  that Jonah placed FIRST in the JV 182# weight class in the DISD open.  Won his first match 12-5 after three rounds and pinned his opponent.  So happy for him and he has not wrestled in a year!  

It was a very long day because the bus did not get back to school until 8:00 tonight.  They stopped at Cici's on the way home and Jonah said they could not get the pizza out fast enough.
