Sophia had cheer tryouts today. It was a LONG week learning and perfecting the chant, cheer and dance. We spend countless hours at open gym and tumbling privates the months leading up to this day. She got in her head the night before and had a brief meltdown and could not sleep AT ALL the night before. We had to be at the school at 11:00 for 11:30 tryout time. She was #2 to go out. She was with Harper and Ayla. She was a hot mess going in but soon sent me a text telling me she did SO GOOD!
I knew she would do amazing! We have an 8th grade cheerleader. She will be cheering with Harper, Keira and Elyse again.
