Here We Go...
They say bad things come in 3's! Well, it started August 5th when we walked in the house and it was 80 degrees. The air conditioner was clearly NOT working. This is the unit for the mail part of the house so we could stay here and sleep in our rooms with not melting. Justin went out to look and the capacitor was blown so he went to Home Depot and Lowes and shocker... they do not carry them. So Amazon it was. Got the part, Justin replaced it and still nothing. A little more research and the unit was no getting power so he went to the fuse box in the garage. The breaker was not flipped so we called the repair man. He came out and said Justin did everything right... we needed the unit to be charged with freon. The house cooled down in no time.
Fast forward two weeks and I was sitting in the living room and heard a loud noise like something fell. Remington even heard it and came in to the living room. I went upstairs and could not find anything. I looked in closets and nothing was out of place. About an hour later I went to go run errands and quickly found with the noise was... the spring on the garage door broke. I could not even get the pull to detach it to open it manually. Called the garage door guy and he came out and replaced the spring $375 later.
As Luke was walking out to the garage I could tell he was struggling with the door to the house... it would not shut. Well, it had had 3 or the four screws missing, cannot even make this shit up! Justin got that fixed.
Let's not forget the ice maker that stopped working... Justin tried to fix that but it was the motor so $200 later we got a new motor and Justin installed it. We have ice!
