San Antonio Crew Is Here!

Stef and Tommy came in town.  Hunter had to work so he could not come.  Julie and the kids came over to swim.  About an hour before Stef and Tommy hit the road we decided that Jonah was going to go home with them for the week!  I ran home and grabbed his bag and off they went.  

Harper is learning to swim and was going off the board over and over and over again.  She was doing great!

They did it again...  We think the squirted half the bottle of soap out this time.  When they saw that we were watching Seth started squirting as fast as he could!  There was so much soap on them and the floor they could not even stand up.  

Jonah In San Antonio

The hour before Stef and Tommy were going to be hitting the road Aunt Stefanie asked Jonah if he wanted to come home with her for a week.  Of course he said, "YES"!  He was so excited!  I am not sure who was more excited, Jonah or Luke.  I jumped out of the pool, headed home and packed him a bag.  Then my biggest baby boy was off to San Antonio.  

He said he had fun but was starting to miss me :)

Went to The Minter's for swimming and burgers.  Seth was obsessed with Kendall and Kylee.   He fed Kendall and would yell at Sophia if she tried to help him.

The kiddos love to swim.  I think their favorite part of swimming at Mimi and Papa ' s is when Mimi makes their favorite swim snack, Nilla Wafers with peanut butter!

Father's Day

Headed over to mom and dads for lunch and swimming.  Never got a picture with Justin and the kids.

Seth got in the pool and Sophia even got in the pool and monkey walked to the spa!!!  It doesn't sound like much but it's HUGE for Sophia.  She had two weeks of swimming lessons last year and refuses to swim. 

All the kiddos were in bed and 45 minutes later ( 10:00) Jonah comes down and says he can't sleep.   He BEGGED to sleep with us.  After 30 minutes of trying to get him out we gave up!  Yes, we let our  almost 11 year old sleep with us. 

Neighbors Rock

I am ONLY blogging about this so in the years to come I have proof for the kids of just how cool mom and dad really are! 

Adonia sent a text Friday morning telling us they were having people over for a cookout and swimming.   Justin was working late so I told her we would most likely not be there.  8:45 the littles were in the tub and I got a text asking if we were coming down.  

We stopped the bath, dressed the kids and headed down.  It was 9:15 PM when we got there.  Matt said, "now it's a party, The Mortons are here.  Y'all have the youngest and MOST kids and your showing up NOW".  Jonah's response, "your welcome".  SMH

I asked Jonah if it was weird going to a party so late and he said, "no, that's a real party".  I have a feeling we might have some trouble with this kiddo.  lol

Mini Family Reunion

Julie and Ranick had everyone over for a mini family reunion.  We had hamburgers and hot dogs and the kids swam. 

So great seeing everyone.  Cousins are the best!

Austin To San Antonio

We left Austin and headed to San Antonio for Hunters graduation.  Graduation was not until Monday night at 7:30.  It rained a lot so the boys were content playing XBox and iPads.  The boys spent the night with cousins and Justin and I and the littles went to the hotel.  

It is now 10:00 pm and these crazies are not even close to being ready for bed.  The Hulk was sleeping with daddy and Sophia with me.  We finally got The Hulk to lay down and he was out in 10 minutes.  Justin worked for a little while and then got up and went to the lobby to work Monday morning.  Seth and Sophia slept until 9:30.  

It was raining when the kids and I headed over to Stefs so we just hung out at home.  We had to be ready to leave by 5:00 for graduation.  Justin watched all the kids at Stef's house while we went to graduation.

It was a short trip and Chloe came back with Mimi and Papa until Stef and Tommy head down in a couple of weeks.
