Jumping Ledge

Jumping ledge... All we asked for was a nice big rock with a waterfall.  THIS is what we got!  ARE YOU KIDDING ME???  I was so upset about this that I could not even look at it anymore.  I had to shut the blinds.  I mean there are NO WORDS for how bad this looks.  As Matt said, it looks like mini marshmallows.  It was white river rocks.

This is what they did to get the coping to meet up with the jumping ledge.  

 

So, with A LOT of brainstorming and trying to figure out just how this was going to get fixed, Nori came over to help us draw something up.  We then went out and used the scraps to show them that we just wanted the same pattern continued. 

Of course Justin is leaving town for 8 days and will not be able to check his phone until he is at camp.  I was a nervous wreck so Nori would come over and help me talk to Juan and Nester.  Not going to lie, she did kind of let them have it one time.  She started speaking Spanish so fast I could not even keep up if I wanted to.  Then she looks at me and says, "right Alison"?  I starred at her and then laughed becuase I had NO CLUE what she said.  

They think they finally got it... so, they started tearing it down and start over!
