The day has arrived! It's party time folks. Sophia had a friend Kennedy who moved away after kindergarten and she talks about her all the time. I got in touch with her mom and she said they were in Prosper and could make the party. I was not going to tell Sophia that she was coming so that it would be a surprise.
All the girls showed up at once and when Sophia spotted Kennedy she yelled so loud and went and gave her the biggest hug! All the girls were so excited to see her.

I must say, I was a little stressed about how this was going to go... after Sophia's birthday party last year. The girls all wanted to go upstairs and play but they had some serious crafting to do and I needed everyone out of here at 5:30 so I could get to Garland for the Sherpy/Hickman Christmas.
When the girls got here everyone was in good spirits and then it happened... Sophia had her breakdown. She was so rude and sassy to her friends because they were not doing what she thought they should... they grabbed the wrong prop for the picture they were not standing right or WHATEVER they were doing they were NOT DOING IT RIGHT! She finally broke, the tears came and she yelled, "this is what I was afraid of, its JUST LIKE MY BIRTHDAY PARTY"! She then stormed off upstairs in tears! As I was walking off to follow her to tell her to get her butt back downstairs and to dry it up I heard a friend say, "I hate when my mom does that". LOL I got a good chuckle out of that.
I got her back downstairs to take each picture with each friend for the ornament... puffy eyes, attitude and all!

I took a picture of Sophia with each girl and then put it in the ornament and sent it home with the girls. Thank goodness for Mom and Carlie here helping me with the girls while I ran upstairs and printed all the pictures.
I also printed out a group shot for all the girls to take home.
