WOOHOOOO it is time to turn the alarm clock OFF for the summer! I think the boys are super excited that school is out for a while. I am not really sure why we had school today, the class had their end of year party at 9:00 and there was an "optional" sign out at 10:00 after the party.
Carlie came to watch Sophia so I could go up to the school for the parties. When I got to the school all the kids were heading outside. WHAT? I thought to myself... it is a little hot out there for this momma. I did not even sunscreen any of us. Oh well, its only an hour. GOOD GRAVY, it is not "hot" yet but man it was HOT. I was dripping by the time that hour was up. I seriously think that was the longest hour of my life to be perfectly honest.
Of course it could have been the fact that all of kindergarten sat on a field watching a clown perform for an hour. All the other grades got to do activities and switch to different stations.
So I brought the boys home at the "optional" 10:00 sign out since we were heading over to Mimi and Papa's for a swim and a surprise visit from cousins. Let the summer begin!
