We headed out this morning for the first leg of the trip to CO. Sophia and Luke rode with Mimi and Papa. We noticed one of our lids starting to lift so we pulled over and Justin made sure it was secure. Remington did great as usual. We made it to the hotel in Trinidad with no issues. The ride was very peaceful without Seth and Sophia fighting :)
Made it to the hotel and ordered pizza and then got ready for bed. Remington could not settle down because he kept hearing everyone walk by. We pretty much just layed there... Justin and I could not sleep. We got up and started getting ready to reload the ENTIRE truck. We take everything out of the bed and put it in the cab so it will not get stolen. It was FREEZING when we woke up and was snowing. It was going to snow pretty much the entire trip to Crested Butte.
